To keep staying in a state of wellbeing we need a balance between action and relaxation / stillness:  a natural rhythm
Quite often the modern life with all its challenges don´t allow us to stay in our own rhythm with the consequenz that we can´t maintain a healthy balance.

When we start to move our body, listen inside and follow the music which guides us, we can find a way to unite body, mind and soul again.

The different rhythms are also connected to our energy centers – the CHAKRAS
We have 7 mayor chakras  which regulates our energetic field.
When our chakras  are in flow, we feel well and with energy. The Chakra Dance can be a way to free the flow.

The dance is spontaneus, there is no right or wrong, no special steps, only to listen inside, move and enjoy your unique dance.
